As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.   

 

About Goodstart Bray Park - Kensington Way: 

  • Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Bray Park - Kensington Way is located in a shopping centre close to local conveniences, making for a much easier daily drop-off and pick-up.
  • Our dedicated educators nurture learning and development through play-based learning programs for ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
  • Inside, all of the rooms  - from Nursery to Kindergarten - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.
  • Outside, we have three areas all with age-appropriate play spaces and equipment.  We have three outdoor areas which are all undercover, making it ideal for all weather conditions and times of the year.
  • Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience.

You’ll need: 

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

  • Current Queensland Working with Childrens Check
