Goodstart’s Institute of Early Learning leads the professional development for Goodstart’s network of educators and is also a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering training programs designed for early childhood professionals.  We have a unique and very exciting opportunity open for a Learning Partner to join our innovative team based in SA at our Mawson Lakes state Office. This is a fixed-term full-time opportunity to cover a parental leave absence for a nine-month period.

Supporting the Head of Delivery and working closely with the relevant State Manager and their Leadership Team, you will be responsible for anticipating, assessing and analysing end-to-end capability development needs of our employees within your region.  You’ll also work collaboratively with 3 other colleagues nationally who have the same remit.

Your experience in delivering enterprise-learning will enable you to provide business focused, strategic and operation learning advice that supports the delivery of South Australian and Northern Territory business plan.  


You will be responsible for ensuring that the Institute delivers high quality, innovative and responsive professional learning and training that meets educators’ needs across the network and ensures the Institute is known internally for delivering quality teaching and learning experiences.


What experience you will bring to the team:

  • Deep understanding and experience in a similar L&D role.
  • Previous enterprise-learning experience
  • Previous experience in an early years education environment will be highly regarded
  • Proven experience providing needs analysis
  • Strong facilitation skills 
  • Building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Being proactive, seeing the job that needs to be done
  • Self-starter that works well autonomously as well as in a team
  • Previous experience in an Adult learning environment
  • Previous experience working in a non for profit environment is also desirable
