Goodstart Early Learning is looking for experienced customer contact centre team leader who would love to join our Solution Centre in a full time capacity. As the team leader of a multi-channel sales and service contact centre, you will be responsible for driving performance that exceeds our customers requirements.

We’re looking for someone to oversee a team in our newly created contact centre or as we like to call it- solution centre! We have over 650 sites nationally and numerous internal departments who rely on us to make their lives easier. The ideal candidate will love to coach and train others, be curious by nature as we like to reward creative and innovative solutions that solve our customers problems and be passionate about their team’s performance.  


The role

  • Full time Mon-Fri 38 hours
  • Murarrie location 
  • Immediate start 


Key responsibilities

  • Maintain agreed SLA’s
  • Drive first contact resolution culture across your team
  • Ensure your team meet and exceed all KPI targets
  • Complete staff 1:1 engagement sessions
  • Complete call evaluations for your team
  • You will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined and highly complex team, ideal for the person who is looking for their next leadership career challenge in 2019!




  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a team leader in a contact centre environment
  • Previous experience with applications support will also be looked upon favourably
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a omni-channel environment
  • Flexibility to work between our operating hours of 7.00am and 5.30pm
