Your Impact

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.  

About Goodstart Rockingham:

Goodstart Early Learning Rockingham is a 77 placed Centre with warm and welcoming natural environments. Learning environments are flooded with natural light and a playground that provides opportunities for children to learn as they explore, discover, and imagine. At Goodstart Rockingham we work together as a team, we value and take into consideration the needs of our educators.  

  • Full time – 38 hours a week
  • Rotating roster to support work life balance
  • 5 hours a week programming time - off the floor 
  • Separate staff/planning room

You’ll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) or working towards
  • Current Western Australian Teachers Registration
  • Current Western Australian Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

If you have previous experience as Teacher in a school or early learning environment, or similar, then we want to meet you!
