Your Impact!

  

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Andergrove you willuse your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation andto extend your network of relationships with children, families and educators.You will work in collaboration with your centreleadership team.

 

About our Centre: Goodstart Andergrove is a 75 Place Service, caring for children from Nursery through to Kindergarten. Our service aims to support children’s learning through high quality interactions, experiences and opportunities. Ourdoors we have three beautifully upgraded learning environments to cater to the varying ages of our children. Each area includes a sandpit and a beautiful large undercover veranda which enables children to access their natural outdoor environment as we move through the seasons.

You’ll help achieve this by:  

 

  • Having a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an approved Diploma level qualification recognised by ACECQA) 
  • Having strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Having strong knowledge and experience with program and planning and the planning cycle
  • Having a passion and willingness to learn
  • Having good time management skills
  • Having strong working knowledge of all areas of the National Quality Framework 
  • Having commitment to safety and high standard of work output
  • Having the desire to motive and encourage your fellow educators and those who may resist change
  • Having the availability to work a rotating roster
