Your Impact

As a teacher at Goodstart Angle Park you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.  

About Goodstart Angle Park

The centre is located in the Adelaide’s West, in the up and coming suburb of Angle Park, and is purpose built to ensure the children gain the most from their day. Angle Park is a multicultural suburb with numerous community facilities which provide support, care and education to migrant families. The staff at Goodstart Angle Park uphold this pride ensuring children’s customs and cultures are embraced and nurtured, and the centre prides itself on having a large multicultural mix of families.

The ethos of the staff at Goodstart Angle Park is a safe warm centre where learning occurs in a fun environment and all children are encouraged to reach their potential. The services operating hours 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. The centre caters for 90 children aged from six weeks to 5 years

Angle Park is an EChO Service - What is EChO?

Our EChO initiative is a targeted approach within Goodstart’s social inclusion strategy.  The purpose of the initiative is to provide intensive and sustainable resources to Goodstart Early Learning centres located in communities where children are more vulnerable to poor outcomes

You’ll help achieve this by

• Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Hold a current SA Teachers Registration and SA WWCC
• Plan innovative and engaging learning experiences. Would love to see a creative flair injected into activity stations and learning experiences
• Champion positive and meaningful relationships with children
