As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.  
 

About Goodstart Anna Bay:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Anna Bay is situated just outside of Anna Bay, surrounded by the tranquillity of the Australian bush. We are close to schools, shops and tucked into a quiet residential area.

We believe in building strong meaningful relationships, so we can create supportive, rich nurturing play environments that lead to lifelong learning. To do this we build Key Educator relationships. Children are offered a Key Educator, who will build secure, respectful, and reciprocal relationships, recognising children as active participants in their own learning. It is our belief that before a child can learn they must feel comfortable in a safe and healthy environment.

Inside, all the rooms - Nursery to Preschool – a setup, in line with the Early Years Learning Framework has been created. Our rooms invite sensory and play based learning opportunities. Natural, stimulating surrounds and resources ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through open ended, play-based learning.

You’ll need:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Certificate III in Individual Support or similar is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
