Pay: $53.54 - $66.09 p/h (Depending on qualification & experience) + Super

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

At Goodstart Annandale – Brazier Drive, we’re seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to guide our 75-place, Meeting-rated service.

With five spacious learning rooms, each opening to its own shaded playground and garden, children thrive through play, exploration, and connection with nature.

You’ll need:

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Qualifications must be resognised by ACECQA)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
