Role: Casual Educator 

Location: Wagga Wagga, NSW

Centre:  Goodstart Ashmont 

Employment Type:  Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.00 am and 6.30pm 

Pay:  $28.52-$31.06 Per Hours + Super + Benefits + Casual Loading

Your Impact 

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.   

You’ll achieve this by: 

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team 
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times 

• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members 
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families 
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures 
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement 
   

About Our Centre

Nestled within close proximity to two bustling local primary schools, our center provides a nurturing environment for children ranging from six weeks to 12 years old.

Offering both before and after school care, as well as long day care, we prioritize the holistic development of each child in our care. Step inside, and you'll find each room, from the Nursery to Kindergarten/Preschool, thoughtfully designed in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework. Our vibrant, sensory-rich surroundings ignite curiosity and foster growth, ensuring every child flourishes through engaging, play-based learning experiences.
