Role: PMO Property Finance Partner

Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Jugera Country) – will consider other locations

At Goodstart Early Learning, we are looking for a dedicated Property Finance Partner for our Program Management Office (PMO) to provide expert financial expertise to our property project teams.

This role will see you working from within the Property PMO team, providing financial expertise to the program managers and property leadership group for our significant portfolio of property construction and capital works projects.  You will play a crucial role in aligning project financials with budgets, coordinating forecasts and preparing financial insights and reporting.

Your Impact:

As the Property Finance Partner, you will liaise with the Finance team and work alongside the Property project management teams, contributing specialist financial analysis and advice on project and program progress.  Your contributions will enhance financial oversight, identify financial risks and opportunities, and support effective decision-making and investment governance.

You’ll bring to the table:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar property/project accounting or finance role
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, forecasting and project budget management
• Advanced MS Excel skills
