Your Impact 

As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.   

About Goodstart Beachmere: 

• Our Beachmere early learning childcare is located in the small suburb of Beachmere about ten minutes from Caboolture CBD, close to schools, local shops and close to the beach.
• Our friendly and supportive team of educators take pride in creating a safe and secure environment for all children to play and learn at their individual pace
• Outside, we have three areas all with age appropriate play spaces and equipment. Our yards are all about exploring and imagination with sandpits, bark areas, recycling areas, lots of shade and natural surrounds giving the children so many opportunities to learn
• Our centre prides itself on our annual childrens christmas party with most families keen to attend year after year. We also plan many other exciting events throughout the year like colour days, dress up days and shows
• Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity

• You’ll need: 
• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
