As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Our centre, nestled in a semi-rural community on the fringes of the Scenic Rim, boasts a cozy, homelike atmosphere with only 65 places available. The tranquil countryside setting fosters a familial environment among our dedicated long-term Educators, cultivating a strong emphasis on loose parts play, messy play, and water play.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
