Our Role: As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Bees Creek:
- Centre: 75-place centre providing quality early learning for children aged six weeks to five years.
- Flexible Programming: Educators are provided with 4 hours off-the-floor for programming
- Natural Setting: Located in a rural area surrounded by natural bushland and native animals, offering a peaceful environment for children to explore and learn.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NT Working with Children Check
