Casual Educator (Float Position)

💰 Up to $48.29 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + Super

With pay rates of up to $48.29 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus Super, you'll enjoy flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

As a Float Educator, you'll work across various rooms throughout the centre, supporting educators and ensuring consistency, quality, and engaging learning experiences for children.

 

 

About the role

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Baringa, you'll provide flexible support wherever it is needed most, working across nursery, toddler, and kindergarten environments while contributing to high-quality educational programs.

You'll play an important role in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired to learn.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Support educational programs across multiple age groups and learning environments

✨ Engage, supervise, and support children throughout the day

✨ Create safe and nurturing learning environments

✨ Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

✨ Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

✨ Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement

✨ Provide valuable support across the centre as a float educator
