Hourly Pay: $38.41 -$59.13 + $2.25 (Educational Leader Allowance)

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

• Full time permanent position of 38 hours weekly, with a Rostered Day Off or;

You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
