As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will have the chance to collaborate with fellow educators in your center to observe, evaluate, and continuously improve the educational programs provided to children. You will deepen the team's knowledge of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Our centre is located in the local community of Beresfield in Newcastle, conveniently located on Milton Street, not far from the Beresfield train station.  

At Goodstart Beresfield, we provide a nurturing and educational environment for children aged 6 weeks to school age.

You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
