As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. You’ll need:

• Hold a Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
