As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart (Meeanjin) Ann Street:

Goodstart's latest edition to our Queensland childcare centres has OPENED on Ann St, in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. Our new centre is a game changer for families living or working inner city. Our team believe early childhood education takes place in social settings where exploration, experimentation, construction and play are core learning methods. Our team help set personal and educational goals with children, not for them.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
