Your Impact 

As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.   

About Goodstart Buderim: 

We are a centre nestled in the mountains of the Sunshine Coast, approximately 10minutes from the beach.

Small service with 4 rooms and is unique as the service was in its history an motel so has some really cute features and is not your normal purpose built service.

Currently have over 10 years of experience of staff on board including 4 teachers.

Staff are passionate in working with children wanting the best outcomes for their learning .

You’ll need: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
