Our centre

  • Our Burpengary childcare centre is in a semi-rural area of Burpengary, just 10 minutes from the Bruce Highway and 5 minutes from Burpengary train station.
  • We are rated EXCEEDING NQS and cater for up to 75 children, open from 7am-6pm
  • We have a great reputation in the local community and once families attend the centre, they return again with their other children and refer family and friends to the centre
  • We are a fun loving and supportive team, who are very proud of our centre, our relationships and the work we do
  • We have a huge outside area and with lots of shade for outside play as well as a worm farm and compost for leaning about sustainability


Your role

  • Minimum certificate III level early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Hold a current First Aid qualification
  • Part-time 24 hours over 3 days Float role assisting in all rooms as required
  • Maternity cover fixed term with strong possibility of permanent employment




  • Actively contribute to the education program and the centre team
  • Engage and supervise the children at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
