Employment Type: Full Time | 38 Hours Per Week | 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Pay: $39.85 - $41/05 p/h | Depending on experience

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. 

About Goodstart Burton:

• Our smaller early learning centre has an 84-child capacity across four nurturing spaces

• Seeking an exceptional and passionate Room Leader for our Nursery Studio

• We work on a roster that supports consistent staff hours, to enusre continuity of care for our families and children 

• We have many longstanding staff with over 10 years of experience and several who are fresh from study, eager to learn, and love working with children

You’ll need: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current SA Working with Children Check
