Centre: Goodstart Caloundra

Employment Type:  Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.15am and 6.15pm 

Pay Rate: $37.92 - $42.70 Inclusive of Superannuation

Our Centre

• 75 place centre
• Director with 22yrs experience in Early Childhood
• Only 2min drive to the local Woolworths Supermarket
• Minutes walk to the local bus stops
• Beaches within 2kms away

You’ll achieve this by: 

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team 

• Engaging and supervising the children at all times 

• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members 

• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families 

• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures 

• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
