Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, 38 hours per week

Pay: $47.61- $71.79 (depending on experience and qualifications) + Educational Leader Allowance + Superannuation + Benefits

As an Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices while building strong, meaningful relationships with families. You'll mentor and inspire educational practices, collaborate with Educators to observe, review, develop, implement and continuously enhance high-quality early learning programs, deepen the team's understanding of child development and the Early Years Learning Framework, and work closely with the centre leadership team to champion excellence in educational practice and achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.

You’ll need: 

  • Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved) 

  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification 

  • Queensland – Registration voluntary if eligible, not required 

  • Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
