Role: Administration Assistant  

Location:  Clayfield

Centre:  Goodstart Clayfield

Employment Type:  Part-Time 8 hours per week, either over 1 or 2 days

Pay:  To $31.59 p/hr + Super + Benefits

 

  • Your role

  • Experience in customer service or front office reception (essential)
  • Business administration experience (essential)
  • Post-secondary education in administration, business or office management (desirable)
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, a working with children clearance check

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Present a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the attendance pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong family partnerships throughout the Centre.
  • Respond to general enquiries on behalf of the Centre Director.
  • Perform key business administration tasks, including using multiple business systems. 
  • Support the Centre Director to achieve key business deliverables.
  • Part-time 8 hours  ( 1 days or 2 days, 4 hours per day)
  • Providing administration assistance to our Clayfield centre team
