We are currently seeking Full Time, Part Time (16–24 hours per week), Casual and Trainee Educators to join our warm and close-knit team at Goodstart Cooranbong.

The Role
As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to design and deliver engaging, high-quality learning programs. You’ll help create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels valued, supported and empowered to thrive.
As a Trainee Educator, you’ll be supported to complete your qualification while gaining hands-on experience and learning from experienced mentors.

Goodstart Cooranbong is a 39-place early learning centre offering a warm, welcoming environment for children from infancy through to school age.
We deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs that support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Our thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning spaces foster curiosity, confidence and a strong sense of belonging within our local community.

You’ll need
For Educators (FT/PT/Casual):
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
For Trainees:
- Willingness to obtain Certificate III in Early Childhood
- Passion for working with children
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
