As a Senior Educator you will be a group leader, team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.   

About Goodstart: 

Goodstart Deniliquin is located in a lovely rural setting but also close to local schools, shops and community facilities. The Centre has three beautiful outdoor learning spaces. These individual play spaces incorporate the natural world, with rocks, water, gardens, riverbeds, wooden bridges and platforms all surrounded by nature. They have a passion for natural elements within our learning environment, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. Their vision is to create an environment that is rich in knowledge, love and support. Where every child's individuality is valued and respected. They strive for this environment to be an extension of home and where children learn through play.

You’ll need: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
• Current NSW Working with Childrens Check
