Role: Centre Cook

Location:  Dunsborough

Centre:  Goodstart Dunsborough

Employment Type:  Permanent Part Time - 30 hours per week

About Our Centre


  • Located in a wonderful regional setting, next to schools, shops and transport
  • Wonderful world of fun and natural play, with a balance of natural and manmade elements
  • We promote this by providing a flexible and adaptable curriculum
  • Veggie gardens, large games, sandpits, bikes, and guinea pigs



Your Role


Our skilled Centre Cooks are greeted each day by little customers who couldn’t be more excited to see them. They’re organised and creative, planning nutritious meals and snacks to meet each child’s dietary needs. Embedded within a supportive and friendly team, our Centre Cooks are committed to working together for the benefit of children. 



Essential Requirements


  • Certificate in Food Handling – Cert III in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
  • Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • Great time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Working with Children Card or willingness to obtain one
