As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

• 🌟 Prime Location – Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Brisbane City and only minutes from the Gabba, we are nestled in the quiet, desirable suburb of East Brisbane. Surrounded by beautiful heritage homes, our centre is a lovingly converted character Queenslander with outdoor spaces thoughtfully designed to support children’s development and their natural desire to explore and play. Our playgrounds feature mature trees that provide natural shade for the children. We have three separate playgrounds, including one that is private and exclusively for the nursery room.

You’ll need: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current Queensland Working with Children Check
