About Goodstart Tamworth – Brisbane St:

 

Goodstart Early Learning Tamworth Brisbane Street is a warm, purpose-built 66-place centre for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, offering play-based learning, school readiness, and strong family partnerships in a leafy, community-focused setting.

 

For educators, this centre offers the chance to work in a close-knit Tamworth community, in a peaceful residential location surrounded by schools and local facilities. You’ll be supported by a passionate team and have access to unique outdoor spaces including gardens, a worm farm, and open play areas that bring sustainability and nature into everyday learning.

 

With a strong focus on school readiness, cultural inclusion, and meaningful family engagement through Storypark and community events, you’ll be empowered to create enriching programs while building genuine connections with children and families.

You’ll need:

 

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
  • Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
  • Availability to work on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (7.5 hours / day)
