As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.  

About Goodstart Tamworth – Brisbane Street:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Tamworth Brisbane Street is a 66-place centre catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre has a unique outdoor area and is purpose built in a leafy part of Tamworth, located in a residential area close to schools and community facilities.

The staff at Goodstart Early Learning Tamworth Brisbane Street are all dedicated to ensuring that your child has a positive experience in the early childhood setting. Children are central to all aspects of programming and planning and the centre provides an exceptional School Readiness program to assist your child in the transition to school.

All our rooms program using the Early Learning Years Framework as a guide. All the children at our service have access to these great programs as a part of their day.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Ideally, the successful applicant will be able to be a 'Certified Supervisor'
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• 2023 Influenza (Flu) vaccination
