About the role

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Eumundi, you'll be a flexible and valued member of our team, providing support across the centre wherever it's needed most.

Your commitment to safety, inclusion, and quality education will help create enriching learning experiences where every child feels supported, valued, and ready to thrive.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Contribute to engaging, play-based educational programs

✨ Engage, supervise, and support children throughout the day

✨ Create safe, welcoming, and nurturing learning environments

✨ Build strong, positive relationships with children and families

✨ Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership

✨ Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

✨ Contribute to reflective practice and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

✔ ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check

✔ Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training via the Geccko platform

✔ Flexible availability Monday to Friday

✔ Willingness to support different rooms and age groups

✔ Willingness to travel between nearby Goodstart services where required

✔ A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
