As a Room Lead/Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

We provide our Educators, Educational Leader, Safety Champion, Senior Educators, and Assistant Director with dedicated programming time off the floor, ensuring that everyone can contribute to the centre’s growth and knowledge enhancement. The centre exudes a welcoming and calm atmosphere, with long-standing Educators—most with 5-10 years of tenure—from countries including New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Czechoslovakia, and Australia.

You’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
