Pay: $52.91 - $70 Per hour (Dependent on qualification) + Super + Benefits

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
  • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
  • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

 

About Goodstart Grafton:

Welcome to Our Large, Welcoming Centre

  • 90-place providing top—notch care for children aged six weeks to 6 years old
  • Open from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM to accommodate busy schedules

Purpose-Built, Safe, and Stimulating Environment

  • Five rooms designed specifically for different age groups: two Nurseries, Toddlers, Pre-kindy, and Preschool rooms.

You’ll need:

  • A Diploma or equivalent to Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Teacher qualified candidates– Must hold an active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
