As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you will have the chance to collaborate with fellow educators in your center to observe, evaluate, and continuously improve the educational programs provided to children. You will deepen the team's knowledge of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the center's leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion educational excellence. You’ll need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education)  (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
