As an Early Childhood Teacher - Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Green Point
Goodstart Early Learning Green Point is a 79-place long day care centre in Green Point, caring for children from infants through to preschool age. The centre delivers a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework in naturally engaging indoor and outdoor environments, fostering children’s social, emotional and cognitive growth, and supports families through strong communication and community connection.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
