Centre: Goodstart Griffith – Sanders Street
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (38 hours a week)
Pay: $55.16 to $68.53 per hour (+ $5.69 CD allowance for ECTs), based on experience and qualification + $5k sign-on bonus! (after successful probation)

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
About Goodstart Griffith – Sanders St:
- Our welcoming centre caters for up to 52 children across our Nursery, Toddler and Preschool rooms
- Open 7:45 am to 5:45 pm
- Located in a quiet and safe residential area, near school, shops, and local conveniences
- Team of highly qualified centre staff

In this role, you will:
- Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

You’ll need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
