As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

As a Senior Educator (Lead Educator) in a full-time position, a dynamic leadership opportunity for an experienced Educator who enjoys variety and mentoring others.

• Work across multiple rooms, supporting consistency, quality practice, and team development.
• Take on room leader responsibilities when required, guiding practice in line with the EYLF and NQS.
• Full-time role on a rotating roster between 6:00am – 6:00pm.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
