About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Indooroopilly – Witton Road, you'll ignite a love of learning through purposeful, engaging teaching practices that inspire curiosity and confidence.

You'll build strong relationships with children and families, creating a sense of belonging where every child feels valued, supported, and able to thrive. Working closely with our centre leadership team, you'll lead educational programs, mentor best practice, and help deliver exceptional outcomes for our children.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Deliver an engaging Kindergarten program that supports children's learning and development

✨ Build strong, meaningful partnerships with children and families

✨ Create inspiring learning environments that reflect children's interests and strengths

✨ Collaborate with centre leadership to drive quality educational outcomes

✨ Mentor and model best-practice teaching within the centre

What you'll bring

✔ Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check

✔ Current First Aid qualification

✔ Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform

✔ Passion for providing high-quality educational experiences that support every child's learning and development

Queensland teacher registration is voluntary if eligible and is not required for this position.
