As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Goodstart Kellyville, established in 2004, is a state-of-the-art early learning Centre strategically located on Craigmore Drive. Our experienced team boasts over a century of combined expertise, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritises effective communication and strong partnerships. The Centre features thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that blend natural and manmade elements, providing an enriching environment for young learners.

We actively engage with the community through cultural visits, school connections, fundraisers, and meaningful interactions with traditional landowners, offering a dynamic and inclusive learning experience.

 

  • Fixed-Term: December 2025 to January 2025
  • Fulltime with an or RDO (Rostered Day Off) on offer or;
  • Part time opportunities to suit your lifestyle

  • Minimum of 8 hours per week of Educational Leader time
  • Pre-Kindergarten Room
  • Separate staff planning room to increase creativity and productivity
  • 90 placed Centre with two Kindergarten rooms
  • Work alongside 3-4 other qualified educators for consistency of support and collaboration

You’ll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
