About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Kenmore – Kersley Road, you'll ignite a love of learning through purposeful, engaging teaching practices that inspire curiosity, confidence, and growth.

You'll build strong relationships with children and families, creating a sense of belonging where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Working closely with our centre leadership team, you'll lead educational programs, mentor best practice, and deliver exceptional outcomes for children.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Deliver an inspiring Kindergarten program that supports children's learning and development

✨ Create engaging learning experiences informed by children's interests, strengths, and ideas

✨ Build meaningful partnerships with children, families, and the community

✨ Collaborate with centre leadership to drive quality educational outcomes

✨ Mentor and model best-practice teaching within the centre

What you'll bring

✔ Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check

✔ Current First Aid qualification

✔ Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform

✔ Passion for delivering high-quality educational experiences and outcomes for children

Queensland teacher registration is voluntary if eligible and is not required for this position.
