About the role

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Kenmore – Kersley Road, you'll provide flexible support across the centre, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early learning.

You'll play an important role in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive environments where children feel secure, supported, and excited to learn.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Contribute to educational programs across the centre

✨ Engage, supervise, and support children throughout the day

✨ Create safe and nurturing learning environments

✨ Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families

✨ Follow National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

✨ Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

What you'll bring

✔ ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification (or currently studying)

✔ Current QLD Working with Children Check

✔ Flexibility to work across different rooms and age groups

✔ Willingness to travel to nearby Goodstart centres if required

✔ Availability to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday

✔ Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
