As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
• Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business
   

About Goodstart Kincumber:

Located conveniently in an industrial facility area, where there are 76-places from infants to preschoolers.

• As the Director, you’ll oversee a dedicated team of 28+ Early Childhood Professionals including educators, teachers, centre cooks and administration assistant.
• Work alongside with our long-standing Assistant Director
• You’ll have a unique opportunity to lead out vibrant community during the centre’s bustling hours between 7AM – 5:30PM.

You’ll need:

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
