This is a Part Time position working 24 hours across 3 days per week in an Inclusion Support Educator role. You will work closely with the team to provide additional support to children with additional needs, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded in daily learning experiences. Your role will focus on fostering engagement, promoting independence and creating a safe, supportive environment where every child can thrive.
 

About Goodstart Kincumber: 

 

Goodstart Kincumber is a welcoming early learning centre located in the heart of the Central Coast community, licensed for up to 76 children per day. The centre provides high-quality care and play-based learning programs for children from infancy through to preschool, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. With thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor environments, experienced educators create safe, inclusive spaces where children build confidence, develop key skills and feel a strong sense of belonging. Strong partnerships with families and the local community support each child’s individual learning journey.

You’ll need: 

 

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
