In this role, you will:
- Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform key business administration tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families
- This role is for 12 hours per week: Tuesday's and Friday's
What do you need?
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – proficient in English is a MUST.
- Experience in expanding business’ online presence and marketing through community engagements.
- Experience in marketing using social medial.
- Great understanding of budgets, marketing, and occupancy uplifts.
- Exceptional customer service skills, prior admin experience in a similar role is highly regarded.
- Tech savvy and experience with social media.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise your work while remaining efficient and proactive.
- Has experience reaching out to the community.
- Enthusiastic and uplifting personality.
- Previous experience in the early childhood sector.
- A diploma in Administration or similar is highly advantageous.
- Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a national Working With Children Check card.
