As an Educator at Goodstart Kingsley, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.    

 

You’ll help achieve this by  

 

  • Holding a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Engagingand supervisingthe children at all times 
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members 
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families 
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures 
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement 

 

Goodstart Kingsley

 

  • Goodstart Kingsley is located on Kingsley Drive and is a small centre which has been part of the community for 25 years
  • We are licenced for 45 children per day
  • We have 2 rooms from Nursery and Mixed Aged
  • We develop colourful, engaging programs accounting for each child’s individual interests, needs and strengths
  • Our playground areas are a balance of natural and manmade elements and play surfaces
  • We have a caring and supporting team of educators

If you have strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, plus hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved equivalent), then we want to meet you!
