As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You’ll be welcomed into a purpose-built centre established in 1999 that has been trusted by families for generations. With the guidance of our Centre Director who brings over 30 years of experience with Goodstart and the sector, you’ll be supported to grow, lead, and thrive in your career.
Each room at our 72-place centre features its very own playground – designed to spark imagination and inspire play with sandpits, swings, natural and manmade play surfaces, and plenty of room for little explorers to create, discover, and dream.
- Full-time position, Monday – Friday, within centre hours 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Lead and inspire within a Meeting-rated centre (April 2025)
- Build meaningful partnerships with children, families, and the centre team
- Mentor and coach educators, embedding reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Champion inclusion, child safety, and wellbeing for every child

You’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
