About Goodstart Kurri Kurri:
Goodstart Kurri Kurri is nestled in the heart of the Kurri Kurri community in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Conveniently located just a short stroll from Kurri Kurri Public School and within walking distance of local shops, the library, and a lovely park.
Nurturing and educate children from six weeks to six years old in five thoughtfully designed indoor learning spaces. Our environments are crafted to feel like home, fostering a sense of calm, belonging, and well-being for every child.
We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our 75-place centre, who is ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners and be part of a supportive community!
- Part-time, Permanent position of working 3 days a week!
- Enjoy programming time of 2 hours on a weekly basis. Let your creativity arise in our dedicated programming room.
- Open to discussion on what your set shifts will look like.
- Primarily will be working in the Pre-School Room with the support of two ISS educators and other Early Childhood Professionals.
- Working closely with the community and building meaningful partnerships with Northcott, Hunter Health Nurses and the local school readiness teachers.
- Undergoing extensive training in providing quality care of children with diverse needs.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
