💰 What you’ll get

• $55.16 - $68.53 per hour + super (DOE and Qualification)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus (after probation)

🎯 What you’ll bring

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience leading or stepping into leadership (Centre Director, 2IC or similar)
• Strong operational and people leadership capability
• Passion for making a difference in early learning
