As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Lennox Head:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Lennox Head is a 46-place centre high atop the hill overlooking beautiful Lennox Head in Northern NSW.  We are open for 52 weeks a year and cater for children aged from two years old, with our rooms configured into Toddlers (2–3-year-olds) and Preschool (3–5-year-olds).
 

Our centre offers a unique family-focused service that is reflective of the close-knit community of Lennox Head. We are proud of our special place within the area and love welcoming new and returning families year after year.

Meet Our Centre Director:

My Name is Brooke, I am the Centre Director of Goodstart Lennox Head.

I hold a Diploma in Children Services and have been a devoted Educator at the service for close to 14 years.

During this time, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple roles within the centre, starting as a casual employee and working my way up to Centre Director.

I am a Mum of three myself and have a passion for Early Childhood Education and its importance in the support and growth of our children.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
