Role: Casual Educator 

Centre: Goodstart Little Mountain-Gumtree Pocket Court

Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6am and 6pm 

Pay rate: $37.92 - $42.70 Inclusive of Superannuation

• 101  Place centre
• Located in the Parklands Estate
• Onsite parking
• Minutes walk to the local bus stops
• IGA Complex located next door 
• 8 min drive to Dicky beach for a lunch time swim

You’ll achieve this by: 

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team 

• Engaging and supervising the children at all times 

• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members 

• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families 

• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures 

• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
